Two of the most talented Contemporary American artists, Matthew Day Jackson and Rashid Johnson, were invited to display their works at the Studio Acacias to mark Fiac 2015.

Original works by these artists who share a particular vision of the American dream and of an America often criticised as a synonym for imperialism and hegemony, torn between racial tension and success in the Second World War, will be displayed at the Studio des Acacias.

Paul-Emmanuel Reiffers, President of the Mazarine Group and Founder of the Studio des Acacias, was keen to bring together Matthew Day Jackson and Rashid Johnson, whose work he has followed for several years, in this exhibition designed and produced in partnership with the Hauser & Wirth gallery.
